New in this version: batch scanning, volume drive letter change detection.

• Scan multiple disks in one batch (batch scanning).
• Search all volumes by default.
• Improved name and size column sorting.
• Windows: alternative volume drive letter detection (if drive letter changed since last scanning). External drive letter sometimes changes on Windows, so it was added to prevent error when opening selected file in registered application/opening containing folder.
  If works on catalogued drives (drive letter as a root folder path), for example a complete external hard drive, not just a subfolder.
• Various small fixes.
