New in this version: case-insensitive file sorting on non-Windows OSes.

Changelog:

• New option: case-insensitive file sorting during catalog generation (non-Windows OS only) to disable case-sensitive sorting that puts all files and folders starting with capital letters first (A.. to Z before a.. to z..). You will need te re-scan drives after changing this option.
• New option: use system look and feel. Disabling this option will result in standard java multiplatform look of application controls, like buttons and menus.
